Many of you know I've been battling "trichotillomania" for about 5-6 years.
I started around the age of 20-21 (I don't really remember)... which is kind of old, most start in their early teens.
I quit last new year for 7 days. (2011)
I quit this new year for 20 days. (2012)
I can't wait for another new year...so
I am starting and quitting again..today is Day 1...
I want to raise awareness on any disorder you or a loved one may be going through. So please comment anything and I plan to gather all information on anything and post it on my page for the world to see.  That way you can talk to someone who is going through the same thing..or I can leave your name out all together.

I've been battling trich for about 4 years. Unfortunately trich isn't the only disorder I'm fighting.
I have severe anxiety disorder, depression, and daily migraines.
I spent about a month as an outpatient at Alexian Brothers behavioral health hospital to get some help for my issues. and I'm glad to say, I found it extremely beneficial. I learned so much in group therapy sessions, and I met so many people suffering with things similar to me. We're not alone anymore.
I honestly thought I would never meet anyone else suffering with trich. At Alexian, I met 7 people with trichotillomania. I can't even begin to describe how amazing it was to finally have supporting people that actually do understand exactly what you're dealing with.
